Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 weeks (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1548 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 weeks. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our pickup hours are tentative, however, we are in the office on most days out of the week typically in the 12pm-6pm time range. Once you receive an email that your order is ready for pick up please reach out to cultcustomerservice69@gmail.com with your order # to coordinate a pick up time that works best for you. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are refunded.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In the case of out-of-stock item in your order,  we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. If there is special circumstances we will reach out to you with more information!
