FAQ: A GUIDE FOR YOU

Here are some things that should help make your purchasing and supporting process as easy as possible.

TIMELINE

I am a small little independent badass who gets shit relentlessly, with that being said I have a 3 week processing time from your order date. My ultimate goal is to get it to you with in 5-7 days but that is really hard since we are just a team of two little humans working as hard as humanly possible everyday!  

WRONG ADDRESS

Double check your shit always before purchasing, but if this happens immediately contact cultcustomerservice69@gmail.com with your order number and new address- we will get it updated for you if possible! 

RETURNED TO SENDER

If this ever happens we will contact you when we receive the package back. If we do not hear back from you then a refund will be issued for your item(s). Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost in this scenario.

ORDERED WRONG ITEM/SIZE

Contact cultcustomerservice69@gmail.com to let us know- we will go over your options in the case of special circumstances! 

EXCHANGES

Contact the customer service email cultcustomerservice69@gmail.com and we will access if an exchange is permitted! We can only process exchanges in the case of damaged items or if we made a mistake. Shit is crazy over here and stock is usually a quick in and out so it is not possible to guarantee exchanges. Regardless, I am super thankful for your support. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I charge you what your country charges me and then usually have to pay more out of pocket. Plus it is really hard to get it to you and takes a while just be warned now.

 

WHAT I WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE STUFF IS TAKEN CARE OF. THIS SHIT IS NOT THAT DEEP AND I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE GETS WHAT THEY WANT! BUT I DO BE MAKING MISTAKES AND SHIT DOES HAPPEN SO BE PATIENT AND LET ME WORK MY MAGIC!
